Bulgaria is currently a hotspot and an attractive choice for foreign investors with it's sunny beautiful beaches and world renowned ski resorts,combined with a low cost of living.Still prices are amongst the lowest in Europe with holiday homes in beach and ski resorts offering excellent letting potential for new investors. Also the Bulgarian economy now entering a growth phase as it builds up to full EU membership in 2007 and it is one of the most stable and quick developing of the Balkans,so investment opportunities exist in both the short and long term.
